Supporting people in their development, helping them discover their potential, and opening up new possibilities has been a guiding thread throughout my professional life.
After completing my degree in Sports Science, specialising in Sports and Business Management at the University of Vienna, I spent many years working for international companies in Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales. Throughout this time, I was particularly interested in what makes each person unique: their individual strengths, their potential, and the ways in which they can grow and develop.
Since 2005, I have been working as a coach and trainer, accompanying people through professional transitions and supporting them in finding greater clarity, balance, and personal growth.
My encounter with the Feldenkrais®-Method opened up a whole new perspective on learning, movement, and human development. I was deeply fascinated by the insight that lasting change does not necessarily come through greater effort, but through attention, awareness, and the discovery of new possibilities.
This experience led me to complete the four-year professional training at the Feldenkrais Institute Vienna, where I qualified as a certified Feldenkrais®-Practitioner.
Today, I bring together my background in sports science, business, coaching, and the Feldenkrais®-Method in a holistic approach to my work. I support people in becoming more aware of their habitual patterns of movement and action, discovering new options, and finding greater ease, freedom of movement, and well-being in their everyday lives.
I experience the Feldenkrais®-Method as a respectful and mindful way of meeting each person in their individuality. Creating a safe and supportive space where learning, development, and change can unfold at an individual pace is therefore at the heart of my work.
